Due to the fact that our products are personalised and made to
order, we do not accept returns unless there is a fabrication fault. If this is the case, the item can only be returned or exchanged if it is still in its original condition.
Please <contact us> so we can take care of it. Once we receive and inspect the faulty item, we will notify you. If it is approved for return, we can create a new item to exchange it or refund your payment. We will, of course, also reimburse your shipping costs for returning the item.
We will not exchange a shipped item produced to your specifications, for example, if you’ve given us an incorrect size, so please make sure that your information on our ordering form is correct. If there is anything you’re uncertain about when ordering, just let us know, and we’ll help you figure it out. Thank you for understanding.
